OpenWater can use this data to validate (e.g. ensure only authorized people can submit to an application) or to provide special discounts to approved people. By having this information in a Google Sheet, your team can update data in real-time without the need for a more advanced CRM or integration.

How does the integration work?
OpenWater has read/write access to your Google Sheets. Typically customers will send us an Excel file which we will convert to a Google Sheet. The integration will expect the Columns to remain consistent, but your team can update the rows as needed.
