How does the integration work?
OpenWater can read and write data to Raiser’s Edge. The most common integration is a field lookup as demonstrated in the animation. While completing an application in OpenWater, data can be searched and validated against what you have in Raiser’s Edge. Advanced integrations support pushing data back to your contact records.
What APIs do you use?
Raiser’s Edge Web Services are required. If your organization not using a web based version of Raiser’s Edge a custom API should be available from your IT department.
