We support integration with your AMS to restrict access to the gallery. certain content can be restricted depending on event registration level as well.
Session Data Feed
OpenWater has a robust abstract management system. We also work with most conference management systems that normally push data to a mobile app feed. Feed data can refresh up to every hour.

Setup, Support and Training
Included in the cost per session is the setup of your gallery and integration with zoom. OpenWater provides additional media services including speaker training, pre-recorded plenary production and day of support through its AV partners.
