Coupon Restrictions and Limits

Published July 21, 2015 in Leadership

Ever since we added coupon support to the software last year, you all have been asking us to improve it to meet the same features you are used to from traditional e-commerce / shopping type platforms.

With the recent updates, now rolled out to all customers, we have introduced a few features to enhance the coupon code experience for program managers.

Disabling coupons

Prior to this release if you no longer wanted people to be able to use a coupon, but at the same time didn’t want to lose track of the record of people using it, you had no choice other than to rename the coupon code to something cryptic. Now, in order to decide if a coupon is enabled, we’ve added a simple “Yes/No” option.

Usage Restrictions

We have also added more detailed usage restrictions. Coupons now can be limited to the number of times a single user can use them, or a total number of users, or both.
