How OpenWater and GrowthZone work together
Trade associations, professional societies, and chambers of commerce often pick GrowthZone as their database of record and member management tool. When using OpenWater to collect nominations for awards, submissions for a call for papers, or votes for a board of elections our integration ensures a seamless user experience for your members.
Your members login using the credentials they already have with your organization. After being validated, the information you already store for them can be used to pre-populate their applications. You can use their membership status to restrict them from accessing certain applications as well.

If you use OpenWater to charge submission fees, we can make use of the customer information and membership status to help determine their pricing.
Optional Support for Non-Member Account Access
Some use cases need both Member and non-Member users to access OpenWater. We have you covered with a toggle setting you can use on a workflow by workflow basis to enable guest access.

Do You Use a Bridge?
Yes, OpenWater has developed its own GrowthZone bridge. You will need to provide us API credentials which can be obtained from your GrowthZone support representative. For data lookup you will need to ask GrowthZone to add an “EasyQuery” for us to pull
